Title: .Net Developer

Location: Hybrid (Bristol 2-3 days on site)

Salary: Up to £57,000 D.O.E

I’m currently working with a fast-growing, award-winning FinTech business that’s looking to add a talented Backend Developer to their engineering team. This is a permanent role offering the chance to work on high-impact systems within a collaborative, learning-focused environment where innovation and ownership are genuinely encouraged.

The role
You’ll be involved across the full development lifecycle, building and maintaining backend services, integrating third-party APIs, deploying applications, and supporting live systems. You’ll work closely with QA, product, and wider stakeholders, contributing to code reviews, technical documentation, and ongoing R&D initiatives to continuously improve platforms and processes.

What they’re looking for

• Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
• Solid database skills with MS SQL and MongoDB
• Experience integrating and deploying APIs
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• A proactive, detail-oriented developer who enjoys problem-solving

Nice to have

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Azure experience
• Frontend exposure (CSS)
