We’re hiring Digital Workplace Transformation Leaders to join a global consulting environment at the forefront of redefining how organisations work, collaborate, and innovate.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, enterprise transformation programs, helping some of the world’s most complex organisations redesign their workplace experience for the digital age.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with senior executives to define digital workplace strategies and transformation roadmaps
• Lead large, complex transformation programs across global organisations
• Design and deliver modern workplace solutions focused on employee experience and productivity
• Drive initiatives across collaboration tools, workplace modernisation, and smart workspace design
• Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners
• Support strategic deals and proposals, influencing how organisations invest in workplace innovation
• Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and technology functions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience within IT / Digital Transformation environments
• Proven track record in digital workplace or enterprise transformation programs
• Ability to operate in a client-facing, advisory role with senior stakeholders
• Experience across areas such as:
• Employee Experience & Workplace Modernisation
• Digital Collaboration & Productivity Tools
• Endpoint / Device Management & Virtual Desktops
• Workplace Security & Service Experience
• Change Management & Digital Adoption
• Strong stakeholder management and program leadership skills

For Germany-based roles: Fluent German (C1 level) is required
