Director of Engineering – Clean-Sheet Aircraft Program

iO Associates is currently partnered with an aerospace client that is seeking a french-speaking Director of Engineering to lead the technical development of a next-generation clean-sheet aircraft program. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of aviation from the ground up.

As part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team, you’ll be responsible for guiding engineering strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring technical excellence across all disciplines. What We’re Looking For:

• A seasoned engineering leader with deep aerospace experience of 12+ years
• Highly beneficial: B2 level in French language or above
• Proven track record in complex program delivery
• Passion for clean-sheet design and disruptive technologies
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Build and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary team
