DV Cleared Oracle Functional Consultants – ERP, EPM & HCM

Our client is seeking experienced Oracle Functional Consultants to support and enhance a range of Oracle Cloud platforms within a secure Central Government environment.

We are interested in speaking to consultants with expertise in:

  • Oracle ERP Financials
  • Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
  • Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM)

These roles combine both live service support and project delivery, working closely with business stakeholders to support critical Oracle Cloud services and deliver ongoing improvements.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing 2nd and 3rd line support across Oracle Cloud environments
  • Supporting critical business processes and users
  • Delivering configuration changes and system enhancements
  • Assessing Oracle quarterly releases and managing testing activities
  • Gathering requirements and producing functional solutions
  • Supporting security roles and access controls
  • Producing documentation, test evidence and knowledge articles
  • Working closely with Finance, HR and Business stakeholders
  • Contributing to both BAU support and sprint-based delivery initiatives

We’re particularly interested in consultants with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Oracle ERP

  • Fusion Financials
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Procurement
  • OTBI / BI Publisher

Oracle EPM

  • Oracle Planning
  • EPBCS / Planning Modules
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Financial Planning
  • Groovy Business Rules
  • Data Integrations

Oracle HCM

  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Absence Management
  • Time & Labour
  • UK Payroll Processes
  • HR Reporting

Essential Requirements

  • Active DV Clearance
  • Sole UK National
  • Oracle Cloud / Fusion Functional experience
  • Experience supporting live production environments
  • Requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and functional design capability

Desirable

  • Public Sector or Defence experience
  • ServiceNow
  • Jira
  • Tosca
  • Agile delivery experience
