Electronics Engineer
iO Associates are partnered with a growing deep‑tech company in the space sector, developing advanced propulsion hardware for small satellites. As they scale from R&D into production, they are strengthening their electronics capability, particularly within power electronics and high‑voltage systems, and are now hiring an Electronics Engineer to support this next phase. The role is hands‑on, hardware‑focused, and based near Paris.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronics hardware with a focus on power electronics and high‑voltage systems
- Support system integration, testing, and validation activities
- Contribute to technical decisions balancing performance, reliability, safety, and manufacturability
- Support R&D to production scale‑up, including DFM and industrialisation topics
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Your Profile
- Background as an Electronics Engineer, with strong experience in power electronics
- Exposure to high‑voltage systems or electrically demanding environments
- Predominantly hardware‑focused profile
- Experience from sectors such as space, aerospace, automotive, power electronics, scientific instrumentation, or other high‑reliability industries
- Comfortable working in an R&D‑led environment that is transitioning into production
- 6+ years experience
- French language skills are desirable
