Title: Senior Embedded Software Engineer (C/C++ & BLE) 

Rate €70- €80 Per hour 

Contact length: 6 months initially (Likelihood of an extension) 

Location: Limerick (Hybrid) 

iO Associates is exclusively working with a global medical device company on a next‑generation, Bluetooth‑controlled PureWick device programme, and they’re looking for a hands‑on Embedded Software Engineer to join on contract.

This is a proper low-level firmware role (not app-layer), covering:

• Embedded C / C++ and bare‑metal firmware development
• Board bring‑up, debugging and integration, working closely with hardware/EE
• Exposure to BLE connectivity and device ↔ mobile communication

You’ll be working as part of a cross-functional team comprised of mobile engineer, testers and DevOps engineers.

This is genuinely exciting opportunity to work on an innovative product that will help out people with serious medicla conditions!
