No recruitment experience required. Our award-winning training programme, recognised with the Princess Royal Training Award, will give you everything you need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Winning new business and arranging client meetings
• Sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Negotiating offers and developing your own specialist market
