ESR / Oracle Fusion Technical Specialist

Role: ESR / Oracle EBS Technical Specialist
Type: Contract (extension likely due to long programme of work expected)
Start date: ASAP
Day rate: £400-£600 per day (no set budget, aligned to market) (Outside IR35)
Travel: UK-based (travel requirements TBC)

We’re working exclusively with a specialist consultancy delivering a major transformation programme into the NHS. They are supporting an Oracle EBS to Fusion migration and require a technically strong consultant who can bridge both the technical and functional aspects of the programme.

We are ideally looking for someone with both technical and functional expertise. However, candidates who lean more heavily towards either the technical or functional side will still be considered

This is an Outside IR35 opportunity with flexibility on day rate, genuinely based on market experience and depth of expertise.

Key Experience Required:

Technical

• Strong Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion experience
• Deep SQL expertise (data extraction, transformation, reconciliation)
• Data migration experience (ideally full lifecycle EBS to Fusion)
• Reporting and data validation experience
• Strong understanding of integrations and data structures

Functional

• UK Payroll expertise
• NHS Payroll experience (highly desirable)
• Knowledge of ESR (Electronic Staff Record)
• Understanding of NHS payroll processes, compliance and reporting
