Are you a hands-on Facilities Technician who enjoys keeping buildings, systems, and equipment operating at their best?

We are supporting an innovative international technology organisation that is continuing to invest heavily in its European operations. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Facilities Technician to help maintain a modern office and technical facility while supporting a highly skilled engineering workforce.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across building services
• Performing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and repair work
• Conducting routine inspections to identify and resolve facility issues
• Coordinating contractors and external service providers
• Supporting office modifications and workspace improvements
• Record maintenance and compliance documentation
• Maintaining Health & Safety standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Background in Facilities & Building Services Management
• Deep knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or building systems
• Technical ability and problem solving mindset to troubleshoot issues independently 
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
