Our client is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to join their team in Bochum. This is a unique opportunity to become a key figure in the international installation of high-precision semiconductor machinery, with long-term career prospects across Europe, Asia, and the US.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Conduct root cause analysis and systematic troubleshooting of complex process issues
• Support machine installations and commissioning, both locally and abroad
• Interface directly with customers to communicate findings and ensure resolution
• Collaborate with senior engineers in Bochum for technical support and escalation
• Accompany tools internationally for extended periods to ensure successful deployment

👤 Requirements:

• Degree or formal training in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering
• 3+ years of professional experience in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; German is highly beneficial
