Role Overview

We’re hiring a Graduate Healthcare/Data Consultant to support healthcare data migration and archiving projects. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build experience in data migration, ETL, SQL, and healthcare technology within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data migration and ETL activities
• Work with project teams and healthcare stakeholders
• Validate and test migrated data for accuracy and integrity
• Identify and resolve data issues and discrepancies
• Assist with migration documentation and project updates
• Support post-migration troubleshooting activities

Required Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Health Informatics, or similar
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases
• Interest in ETL and data migration processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• Knowledge of Python, T-SQL, or scripting languages
• Interest in healthcare systems or EPR platforms
