iO Associates is looking for ambitious, commercially minded graduates to join our Advanced Mobility recruitment team in Bristol. You’ll build a career in sales, technology and recruitment, developing relationships and becoming a specialist in your market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment is a people-focused sales career. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to manage the recruitment process while developing your own client base and specialist market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business and identifying commercial opportunities
• Making outbound sales calls and booking meetings
• Building relationships with businesses and hiring managers
• Negotiating commercial terms and recruitment agreements
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
• Speaking with and qualifying candidates
• Managing the recruitment process through to placement
• Developing specialist knowledge of the Advanced Mobility market
• Building your professional network and personal brand
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
