Hardware Engineer – RF, High‑Speed Digital & Mixed‑Signal Systems

I’m looking for a hands‑on hardware engineer who loves building real systems end‑to‑end – from concept to lab bench to production. If you enjoy designing advanced RF, high‑speed digital, and mixed‑signal hardware for next‑generation radar systems, you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Do

  • Design high‑speed digital and high‑frequency analog PCBs in Altium

  • Develop RF components (filters, matching networks, antennas) using EM/RF simulation tools

  • Validate designs through lab measurements (VNA, spectrum analyzer, calibration, fixtures)

  • Assemble and test prototype PCBs; characterize system performance

  • Design mechanical parts (enclosures, radomes, mounts) in 3D CAD for machining or 3D printing

  • Support PCB assembly at our contract manufacturer and resolve build issues quickly

What You Bring

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar

  • Strong hands‑on experience designing real hardware – especially PCBs

  • RF/high‑frequency design experience (antennas, RF networks, VNA/SA lab work)

  • Experience with mixed‑signal systems (FPGAs/SoCs, high‑speed interfaces, RF/analog)

  • Radar system experience with proven hardware contributions

  • English & German language skills

  • EU citizenship
