My client is a purpose-driven organisation focused on helping charities and local authorities maximise their impact through Salesforce technology.

They are currently looking for a Head of Salesforce on a perm basis to lead and scale their growing Salesforce practice, delivering high-quality solutions.

You’ll play a key role in shaping consultancy strategy, leading delivery, and building a high-performing teams, while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organisation and its customer base. Oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementations, ensuring quality, security, and scalability.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the strategy, growth, and delivery of the Salesforce consultancy practice
  • Define and implement a scalable consultancy model aligned with organisational growth objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of customer projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leading workshops and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce consultants
  • Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance across delivery and commercial performance

What you’ll need:

  • Strong experience delivering Salesforce solutions
  • Proven leadership experience within a Salesforce consultancy or partner environment
  • Track record of managing and developing technical/customer-facing teams
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
  • Commercial acumen, including ownership of revenue targets and budget management
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate requirements into scalable solutions
