We’re hiring a Product Lead to join a fast-growing healthtech company developing technology that helps improve clinical decision-making and streamline diagnostic pathways. You’ll work across strategy and delivery, helping to drive product direction, prioritise development, and ensure solutions are practical, scalable and fit for use in complex healthcare environments. Responsibilities:

• Owning the direction and development of a portfolio of AI-driven products
• Setting priorities and making sound product decisions that balance innovation with real-world usability
• Working closely with technical, clinical and commercial teams to bring ideas into production
• Helping shape solutions that support areas such as referral quality, triage, workflow improvement and decision support
• Ensuring products continue to evolve in a safe, effective and commercially valuable way
• Using customer feedback and market insight to influence roadmap decisions
• Defining success measures and using data to guide product improvement
• Supporting wider business growth by contributing to key customer and market conversations

Skills:

• Strong product management experience within complex, technical or software-led environments
• Experience owning product roadmap decisions across multiple products or a wider platform
• Exposure to AI-led or data-driven products
• Background in healthcare or another regulated sector
• Experience delivering products into live operational environments
• Strong commercial awareness and product judgement
• Comfortable working with both strategic direction and day-to-day delivery
• A confident communicator who can work effectively with technical, clinical and customer-facing teams
• Pragmatic, adaptable and comfortable operating in a scaling business
