Product Owner – IFS

We’re looking for an experienced, confident Product Owner to take ownership of the Service Management function within a growing technology team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Functional Developer, Functional Consultant, Senior BA or similar looking to step into a broader Product Owner role with genuine ownership, stakeholder exposure and influence or an existing Product Owner looking to step into a new challenge.

You’ll shape the product roadmap, drive continuous improvement, work closely with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the IFS product, vision, roadmap and backlog.
• Work with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and shape solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable user stories.
• Lead workshops, demonstrations and stakeholder discussions.
• Prioritise initiatives based on business value and delivery impact.
• Work closely with development and functional teams through delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and optimisation.
• Monitor product performance, adoption and business outcomes.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team

You’ll be a senior, credible and confident professional with a proven track record of delivering solutions and working with stakeholders.

You’ll have:

• Strong Service Management experience.
• A background in functional development, consulting or a technical/functional role.
• Experience taking requirements through to successful delivery.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Experience managing stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience with product roadmaps/backlogs and Agile delivery.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience.

This role is ideal for someone ready to move beyond traditional development or functional delivery and take genuine ownership of what gets built, why it gets built and the value it delivers.
