About Role:

In your role as an Investment Accountant, you will manage cash transactions, capital allocations, financial reporting, audits, and YardiYardi systems for investment funds and ventures. You will report to the Senior Associate Investment Accounting, and master staff-level duties while supporting investor and lender reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash transactions, bank oversight, YardiYardi entries, and wire/ACHACH setups.
• Prepare capital contributions/distributions and upload to Juniper Square.
• Compile IFRSIFRS/US GAAPGAAP financialsfinancials, reconciliations, and stakeholder reports.
• Support audits with PBCPBC lists, documents, and roll-forwards.
• Maintain YardiYardi (Software) ledgers, journals, and understand fund agreements.

To succeed, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required); Master’s (plus); CA preferred.
• 5-7 years of investment accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, YardiYardi, word processing, and databases.
• Skills in financial reconciliations and ad-hochoc reporting under IFRSIFRS/US GAAPGAAP.
• Knowledge of fund structures and tools like Juniper Square.
