About the Client

Our client is an established organisation with a growing ICT function that supports users across multiple sites and maintains high service and operational standards.

Role Overview

We’re hiring an ICT Service Desk Associate to provide first-line technical support across the business. You’ll be responsible for logging, managing, and resolving support tickets while delivering strong customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st line IT support across multiple sites
  • Log, manage, and resolve service desk tickets
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues
  • Communicate clearly with non-technical users
  • Support remote administration and system monitoring
  • Follow ITIL-based service processes and SLAs

Required Experience

  • Experience in an IT support / service desk role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies & Active Directory
  • Understanding of ITIL framework (desirable)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
