IT Support Analyst – 1st line

1st Line Support Analyst is required to join a leading UK professional services and technology-driven organisation, supporting a large internal user base across multiple offices. The company is known for its commitment to service excellence, operational reliability, and continuous improvement offering a strong environment for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused technical support roles.
You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to end-users, acting as the initial point of contact for hardware, software, and system-related queries. This includes diagnosing and resolving common technical issues efficiently while ensuring more complex problems are escalated to second-line support when required. You will accurately log, track, and update support tickets within the ticketing system, maintaining clear records of issues and resolutions.
