iO Associates is looking for ambitious and commercially driven individuals to join our growing Manchester technology team as a Recruitment Consultants.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to manage the recruitment process from both a client and candidate perspective while developing your own specialist technology market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business and identifying commercial opportunities
• Making outbound sales calls and booking meetings
• Building relationships with technology businesses and hiring managers
• Negotiating commercial terms and recruitment agreements
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
• Speaking with and qualifying candidates
• Managing the recruitment process through to placement
• Developing specialist knowledge within your chosen technology market
• Building your professional network and personal brand
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
