Role Overview
In response to strategic growth initiatives, our Client is seeking a highly skilled Manager or Project Manager specialising in Integrated Life Cycle Support (ILCS). This pivotal role is integral to advancing international projects that underpin the maintenance and support of military systems. The position offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, develop innovative support concepts, and work alongside a talented team committed to excellence in customer support and logistical analysis.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee ILCS projects within the Customer Support division, ensuring seamless coordination among subcontractors and internal teams across multiple countries.
  • Lead and manage work packages related to the Integrated Life Cycle Support for international defence projects.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive support strategies for defence systems, guiding teams in conducting critical logistical evaluations.
  • Prepare technical proposals and participate in negotiations, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and project specifications.
  • Present project updates and technical results effectively to partners, stakeholders, and clients in a multicultural environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project team members, operating with professionalism and assertiveness.

What You Bring

  • A successful degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Integrated Life Cycle Support or Customer Support within the defence or aerospace sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing military systems maintenance, preferably in an international context.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and represent our Client professionally across borders.
  • Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
