Marketing Assistant – Healthcare Technology

UK / India Remote

iO Associates are aligned with a UK-based medtech client developing cloud-based medical imaging solutions for hospitals, radiology departments and teleradiology providers across the UK, Europe and the US. They are looking for a hands-on Marketing Assistant to join their growing healthcare technology business and take ownership of B2B marketing activity across these markets.

A key part of the role is owning trade exhibitions and conferences end to end, including UKIO, ECR and RSNA – from booking and stand design through to logistics, staffing, on-site delivery and lead follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage exhibitions, suppliers, budgets and event logistics.
• Plan pre- and post-event campaigns and lead follow-up.
• Create website, LinkedIn, email, case study and product content.
• Manage CRM and marketing campaigns.
• Track campaign and event performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ B2B marketing/event experience.
• Proven end-to-end exhibition experience – essential.
• Strong content, CRM, email and social media experience.
• Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
• Healthcare/medical technology experience is desirable.
• Willingness to travel across the UK, Europe and US.
