iO Associates have aligned with a leading global real estate and property management organisation, delivering high-impact branding and marketing initiatives across an international portfolio.

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of branding, campaign, and strategic marketing projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the full lifecycle of branding, campaign, and marketing projects from brief through to delivery
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders
• Driving timelines, managing risks, and ensuring delivery aligns with brand and strategic objectives
• Acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations

Key requirements:

• 7-10 years’ project management experience within branding, campaign, or strategic marketing environments
• Proven experience delivering brand-led and campaign-focused initiatives (non-digital marketing PM profiles)
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows across digital and print
• Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp or similar
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-volume projects
