Job Title: Modelling and Simulation Engineer (Outside IR35)
Contract Length: 12 Months / Perm
Location: Royston, UK (Onsite)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Modelling and Simulation Engineer to join our team for a challenging and high-impact project. You will be working on the design, modelling, and analysis of complex systems using MATLAB / Simulink.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model and analyse complex systems and their interactions using MATLAB / Simulink tools.
• Develop physics-based models of systems.
• Apply system architecture, engineering principles, and processes.
• Create and maintain test benches for simulation and validation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in MATLAB / Simulink.
• Experience in model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
• Background in Electronics, Physics, or Mathematics.
• Proven ability to work on complex engineering challenges.

Desirable Skills:

• Simulink HDL Coder / Embedded Coder.
• Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
• Radar signal processing.
• Hardware-in-the-loop experience.
