- Produce process maps, requirements documentation, and supporting artefacts to enable automation delivery.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and RPA developers.
- Support testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, defect management, and sign‑off.
- Play an active role during hypercare, supporting users post‑deployment and ensuring smooth transition to BAU.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, including frontline and long‑serving officers with limited technical knowledge.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with policing standards, governance, and security requirements.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Active NPPV3 clearance, used within the last 6 months (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on RPA or automation programmes.
- Direct experience working within a policing or law enforcement environment (essential).
- Strong background in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.

- Familiarity with leading RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar).
