Overview

Clarasys is looking for a Lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) Architect to own the end-to-end architecture across billing, subscription billing, payments, and CRM. The scope can also extend into Lead-to-Cash depending on the candidate’s experience and project needs.

This is an urgent hire and the team may consider someone slightly under the ideal experience level if the platform/skill fit is strong.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

• Lead the solution architecture for O2C / Lead-to-Cash, from design through delivery and handover.
• Define target-state architecture across Salesforce + Zuora + Stripe, including integrations, data flows, and controls.
• Own architectural decisions around billing models, subscription lifecycle, invoicing, payments, revenue-related processes, and operational reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business outcomes into scalable technical designs (HLD/LLD as required).
• Provide governance across delivery: principles, patterns, integration standards, and quality assurance.
• Work closely with delivery teams (engineering, CRM, product, QA) and senior stakeholders to drive progress in a fast-moving engagement.

Required Experience

• Proven background as a Technical Architect / Solution Architect in billing-centric environments.
• Strong experience designing or leading implementations involving:
• Salesforce
• Zuora (subscription billing)
• Stripe (payments)
• Strong integration architecture experience (APIs, eventing/middleware where relevant, data models, identity/access considerations).
• Comfortable leading architecture in a client-facing consultancy style environment (workshops, stakeholder management, clear documentation).

Desirable / Nice to Have

• Broader Customer Experience (CX) architecture background (they’re open to CX-focused contractors if the fit is strong).
• Experience spanning Lead-to-Cash end-to-end (lead capture → quoting → contracting → billing → payments).
