Title: Senior Platform Engineer

Salary: Up to 85,000 D.O.E Plus bonus!

Location: Bristol (2-3 days on site)

iO Associates is exclusively working with a highly innovative tech-driven organisation building next-generation, real-world products, and they’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help scale and secure their cloud platform.

What You’ll Do

• Build and automate Azure-based infrastructure
• Own platform reliability, security, and performance
• Support a hybrid environment (Azure + on-prem)
• Drive IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, and scripting
• Lead on backup, DR, and resilience strategies
• Improve monitoring and observability

What You’ll Bring

• Strong Azure infrastructure experience
• Proven automation-first mindset
• Experience with security, compliance, DR/BCP
• Background in scalable, production environments

Tech

• Azure (VMs, AKS, storage, databases)
• Terraform, Azure DevOps
• PowerShell / Python / Bash
• Linux, Active Directory
• Grafana / Prometheus / Datadog
