6-month Contract initially (extendable up to 18 months)
Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Manchester)
Up to £600 per day inside IR35

Our client is a specialist data and analytics consultancy helping organisations modernise reporting and unlock data-driven insights.
They are seeking a Power BI Lead Developer to lead report migration and deliver scalable BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
  * Lead migration from SAP BusinessObjects to Power BI
  * Build and manage data models and datasets
  * Optimise DAX queries and report performance
  * Collaborate with data teams for integration
  * Gather requirements and work with stakeholders
  * Support testing and mentor junior developers

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in Power BI development
  * Strong Power BI, DAX, and data modelling expertise
  * Experience with SQL and data transformation
  * Azure or Microsoft Fabric experience
  * Strong problem-solving and communication skills
