Up to £130,000 base + 20% bonus + equity

We are partnering with a high growth enterprise software business building next generation applied AI products for complex B2B environments. This team is evolving beyond traditional automation into agentic software that drives real commercial decisions across pricing, planning and supply chain operations.

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on defining and scaling AI driven SaaS products used by global enterprise customers.

The role

You will own the vision and roadmap for a strategic B2B AI product focused on operational decisioning. Working closely with engineering, data science and commercial teams, you will shape how automation and applied AI deliver measurable outcomes across supply chain, manufacturing and consumer goods environments.

You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, customer value and technical delivery.

What you will be doing

* Define product vision and strategy for an AI powered enterprise solution
* Own roadmap priorities and make clear trade off decisions in complex problem spaces
* Work directly with enterprise customers to validate product direction and use cases
* Translate technical capabilities into commercial value and go to market impact
* Lead launches and enable sales teams to drive adoption and revenue
* Influence cross functional stakeholders across product, engineering, GTM and leadership

What we are looking for

* Strong background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software product management
* Experience building products in supply chain, manufacturing, pricing, planning or CPG domains
* Exposure to AI, machine learning, decision intelligence or data driven products
* Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives as a senior IC
* Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity within a fast scaling product environment

Nice to have

* Experience with optimisation, forecasting or operational analytics platforms
* Background working with enterprise AI or automation products
* Experience supporting global go to market teams

Location

Manchester or London based. London candidates should expect regular travel to Manchester.
