We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the growth of an AI-enabled enterprise application within Defence and Government environments, with a focus on scaling adoption and expanding into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery and iteration
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned to business goals
• Drive user adoption, retention, and commercial outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams
• Engage directly with Defence stakeholders and prospective customers
• Translate technical requirements into prioritised product deliverables

Skills & Experience

• Proven Product Management experience in technology environments
• Experience scaling products and supporting go-to-market activity preferred
• Strong technical understanding and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of AI / enterprise software advantageous
• Defence or regulated sector experience beneficial
