I’m looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join a growing Technology team.

This one is for someone who genuinely enjoys doing the work. You’ll own meaningful, complex problems from initial discovery right through to delivery – getting close to users and the wider business, understanding what’s actually needed, testing ideas quickly and working alongside Engineering to make them happen.

You’ll need to be curious, pragmatic and comfortable rolling your sleeves up in a fast-moving environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Product Manager, or a Product Owner already working beyond the backlog and operating across discovery and delivery
• Comfortable owning both discovery and delivery
• Hands-on experience speaking with users, gathering insight, shaping requirements and taking products/features through to launch
• Able to work closely with Engineering, Design and business stakeholders to solve problems and keep things moving
• Confident navigating different personalities, challenging where needed and building strong relationships across a business
• Comfortable prototyping and testing ideas quickly
• An interest in AI-enabled ways of working – whether that’s Claude, ChatGPT, Figma or other tools you’re already experimenting with
• Happy working in a collaborative, office-first environment
