Role: Product Manager
Type: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 (DOE)
Location: Hybrid – remote working with travel to customer sites or HQ twice a week
iO Associates are searching for a Product Manager to join an established healthtech company building core clinical systems used across public and independent healthcare providers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the product direction and delivery outcomes across a suite of clinical systems. There is a major focus on value realisation and the responsible delivery of AI-enabled product capabilities.
You’ll sit at the centre of product, engineering, delivery, support and commercial teams, turning real customer and market needs into a clear, evidence-led roadmap. You’ll be accountable for ensuring the products are safe, usable, interoperable, and commercially successful, while bringing evidence-led innovation into a regulated healthcare environment. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership, is comfortable balancing strategy with execution, and understands what “good” looks like in an environment where clinical trust, governance and usability matter.
Responsibilities:
- Owning the product vision, strategy and roadmap across EPR, PAS and clinical modules
- Translating customer, clinical and market needs into clear, outcome-led priorities and requirements
- Running continuous product discovery to understand workflows, pain points and opportunities, using evidence to guide decisions
- Partnering with engineering to prioritise and deliver, balancing value, quality, risk and feasibility
- Ensuring clinical safety, quality, governance and regulatory considerations are embedded throughout development and release
- Strengthening interoperability and data quality foundations to support integrations and long-term scalability
- Owning and delivering the AI roadmap, prioritising high-value use cases and ensuring responsible delivery (transparency, monitoring, oversight)
- Tracking product performance and value using meaningful metrics to guide iteration and improvement
- Supporting and developing a strong product culture, contributing to mentoring and team growth
Skills:
- Strong product experience (ideally 5+ years) in healthtech, SaaS, enterprise software or another regulated/complex environment
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, digital health platforms, and modern product management practices
- Experience owning roadmap decisions and driving delivery outcomes (not just backlog management)
- Confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical and customer-facing teams (and ideally clinical users)
- Understanding of interoperability/integrations and data quality challenges in enterprise platforms
- A pragmatic, outcome-driven approach with solid commercial judgement
- Exposure to AI-enabled product delivery (or a strong interest with evidence of practical application) is highly beneficial
- Comfortable working in an environment where governance, safety and usability are non-negotiable
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business building technology that genuinely matters, with the chance to shape products used in live healthcare settings and influence how AI is adopted in a responsible, practical way.
Please note: visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants must have an existing right to work in the UK and be comfortable travelling/flying to Europe.
