Role Summary
In response to strategic growth initiatives, Our Client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of satellite communication products. This key role will support the expansion of their Satcom portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements. Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of satellite communication products, from conception to launch and continuous improvement.
• Gather and prioritise customer and market requirements, translating them into clear product strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and market trends.
• Monitor product performance and seek opportunities for enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key stakeholder in cross-departmental planning and project management initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in product management within the satellite communications, telecoms, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of Satcom technologies and industry standards.
• Demonstrable ability to lead product lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a strategic mindset.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Background in telecommunications, electronics, or RF engineering.
• Experience with international market trends and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of regulatory landscapes affecting satellite communications.
• Project management certification such as PMP or Agile methodologies.
