Requirements:

• Fundamental understanding of RF, mechanics, system design, network technology, and hardware/software development.
• 5+ years of working experience and practical knowledge of satellite communication systems, including experience with products or components.
• Prior experience working with SATCOM solutions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support business needs.
• Fluency in both German and English, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed product and feature specifications, overseeing the entire lifecycle from inception to maintenance.
• Formulate competitive strategies for current and upcoming products, regularly analysing market needs and identifying trends.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to define pricing strategies and develop comprehensive product and feature roadmaps.
• Lead customer engagement through presentations, demonstrations, and active participation in trade fairs, representing the company’s innovative solutions.
• Work closely with engineers to develop and refine product concepts, ensuring practical, deliverable, and customer-focused solutions.
• Translate product ideas into clear, supportable long-term solutions that satisfy customer and market expectations.
