Product Manager / Senior BA

Hybrid Working / 2 Days onsite Central London

6 Month contract with possible extension

Our client is a forward-thinking organisation operating within the Central Gov sector, delivering innovative digital services that improve outcomes for service users across the UK.

Due to continued investment in digital transformation, they are looking for a Product Manager / Senior Business Analyst to support the development and optimisation of key digital products and services.

This role sits between business and technology teams, helping to shape requirements, support product delivery and ensure solutions meet both user and organisational needs.

What you’ll do:

• Gather and document business, user and functional requirements
• Support product roadmap planning, backlog management and prioritisation activities
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions and requirements gathering exercises
• Work closely with delivery, technical and operational teams to support solution design and delivery
• Analyse user feedback, service data and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Produce user stories, process maps and supporting documentation
• Support digital transformation and service improvement initiatives across the organisation

Key requirements:

• Experience working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into actionable outcomes
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience working on digital transformation, service improvement or technology projects
• Previous experience within healthcare, public sector or regulated environments would be advantageous
