The company builds software used by NHS trusts and private healthcare providers to manage diagnostic referrals, test ordering, and clinical decision support across areas such as radiology, pathology, and cardiology.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the product backlog and work closely with the engineering team to deliver practical, reliable software.

  • Technical Communication (Highly Desirable): Work closely with software engineers, understand system design, and communicate comfortably about APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data flows.

  • Healthcare Interoperability (Distinct Advantage): Experience or familiarity with healthcare messaging standards (HL7, FHIR) and integrating software with hospital Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems.

  • Clear communication skills with the ability to turn complex clinical or user requirements into manageable development tasks.

  • A background in software engineering, computer science, or working on cloud-based SaaS products is a strong plus.

  • Prior experience in healthcare IT or NHS-facing software is helpful, but not essential.
