Production Manager is required for a highly established global engineering and manufacturing organisation, recognised for delivering advanced vacuum and engineering solutions across semiconductor, scientific, industrial, renewable energy, and high-technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Team Leaders and production teams across multiple manufacturing areas
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives using VTPS methodologies
• Manage production planning, labour utilisation, and workflow optimisation activities
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs including productivity, OTIF, quality, and labour performance
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2018 standards

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within a manufacturing or engineering production environment
• Previous experience managing Team Leaders and production teams
• Experience with production planning, workflow control, and labour management
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, ideally SAP
