Program Manager – New Aircraft Program

Bring a next-generation aircraft to life.

We’re looking for an experienced aerospace Program Manager to lead a new aircrafts major systems
through development, certification, industrialisation, and Entry Into Service (EIS).

This is a senior role with high visibility across engineering, operations, certification, suppliers, and customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead complex aircraft system programs end-to-end
  • Own delivery across schedule, budget, quality, and certification
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Certification, and Industrial Operations
  • Manage risks, stakeholders, suppliers, and customer expectations
  • Support compliance with EN9100, EASA CS-25, and FAA standards
  • Present program updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders

Product Areas

Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Airframe systems
  • Propulsion systems
  • Avionics & electrical systems
  • Hydro-mechanical systems
  • Cabin systems
  • Overall aircraft design & performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in aerospace
  • 5+ years leading complex aerospace programs
  • Experience with new aircraft development programs (CS-25 preferred)
  • Strong understanding of certification, industrialisation, and system integration
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Good French and English
  • Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Istres (relocation support provided)
