Program Manager – New Aircraft Program
Bring a next-generation aircraft to life.
We’re looking for an experienced aerospace Program Manager to lead a new aircrafts major systems
through development, certification, industrialisation, and Entry Into Service (EIS).
This is a senior role with high visibility across engineering, operations, certification, suppliers, and customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead complex aircraft system programs end-to-end
- Own delivery across schedule, budget, quality, and certification
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Certification, and Industrial Operations
- Manage risks, stakeholders, suppliers, and customer expectations
- Support compliance with EN9100, EASA CS-25, and FAA standards
- Present program updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders
Product Areas
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Airframe systems
- Propulsion systems
- Avionics & electrical systems
- Hydro-mechanical systems
- Cabin systems
- Overall aircraft design & performance
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in aerospace
- 5+ years leading complex aerospace programs
- Experience with new aircraft development programs (CS-25 preferred)
- Strong understanding of certification, industrialisation, and system integration
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Good French and English
- Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Istres (relocation support provided)
