About the Opportunity
A top European space manufacturing company that design and build satellite platforms across multiple sizes, and are now standardising them into a configurable product line. They need a Product Delivery Manager to take ownership of that transformation and lead delivery of the platform products from planning through to customer handover.
This is an execution-first role. You won’t be deciding what gets built — that’s owned elsewhere — but you will be the person who makes absolutely sure it gets built, tested, and delivered on time, every time.
What You’ll Own
- Delivery planning – building and maintaining master schedules, defining milestones, and planning resources across the full delivery lifecycle
- Coordination – acting as the connective tissue between engineering, production, and external suppliers to keep everything moving
- Risk management – spotting delivery, schedule, and dependency risks early, and doing something about them before they become problems
- Customer delivery – owning progress reporting, delivery planning, and acceptance coordination with customers
- Production readiness – making sure manufacturing, documentation, and delivery packages are genuinely ready to ship, not just close
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in project management, programme management, or product industrialisation — ideally with engineering or hardware exposure
- A background as a Project Manager, Programme Manager, AIT Manager, or Industrialisation Engineer/Manager would all translate well
- Comfortable holding a master schedule together across multiple stakeholders without losing the thread
- A natural risk-spotter — you notice the dependency that’s about to slip before it does
- Confident managing customer-facing communication and acceptance processes
- Structured, detail-driven, and genuinely motivated by seeing things through to delivery
