Up to £650 per day | Outside IR35
Location: Barnstaple (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)
Contract: Initial 6 months

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment, supporting multiple concurrent project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple project teams across complex workstreams

• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget

• Manage stakeholders across engineering, operations and leadership teams

• Ensure robust governance, reporting and risk management

• Drive system and process improvements across PLM / ERP environments

Required Experience

• Proven track record as a Project Manager within engineering or manufacturing environments

• Strong experience working with PLM and/or ERP systems

• Experience managing multiple project streams simultaneously

• Comfortable operating in a hybrid working model (3 days onsite in Barnstaple)

Desirable

• Experience within naval or defence sectors

• Background delivering projects in regulated or safety-critical environments
