iO Associates are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be highly practical and execution-focused and helping teams stay aligned on the client’s ongoing transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Planning & Coordination

• Own and maintain the end-to-end programme plan (milestones, timelines, dependencies, ownership)

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable delivery plans

• Ensure teams understand how their work contributes to overall outcomes

Driving Execution

• Lead programme working sessions and cross-functional meetings

• Track progress and follow up on actions to keep delivery on track

• Maintain momentum across all workstreams

Cross-Team Partnership

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Support, and Operations

• Unblock teams and manage cross-team dependencies

• Drive alignment across functions

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify risks early and manage delivery challenges

• Define practical mitigation plans with teams

• Escalate issues with clear context, solutions, and timelines

Programme Visibility & Reporting

• Maintain a single, accurate view of progress

• Provide concise updates to leadership and board stakeholders

• High leadership confidence in delivery
