Project Manager – Healthcare Software

We’re hiring for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery and implementation of healthcare software solutions within a regulated public sector environment.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare IT projects, particularly across Blood Bank, LIMS or BECS systems, who can manage timelines, stakeholders, compliance and successful software rollouts.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the delivery of software implementation projects
• Managing timelines, milestones and project documentation
• Coordinating system configuration and rollout activity
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare quality and regulatory standards
• Delivering user training and supporting change management
• Providing first-line support during implementation phases

What we’re looking for

• Project management experience in a regulated healthcare setting
• Experience delivering Blood Bank, LIMS or BECS systems
• Experience with bilingual English/Welsh IT implementations
• Exposure to environments using Windows, Linux, relational databases, Tomcat/JBoss, Mirth/Rhapsody, Jira or Service Desk
