Location: Must be able to travel to France when required

Duration: 6 Months

Role Summary
This role is responsible for end-to-end testing and quality assurance across an ERP implementation, ensuring the solution is robust, integrated, and business-ready. You will lead testing strategy, manage stakeholders, and oversee QA resources across the programme lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the overall testing strategy across functional, integration, data, UAT, and go-live phases

• Act as Testing PMO, managing planning, governance, and reporting

• Coordinate testing activities with business, technical teams, vendors, and integration partners

• Lead QA resources and manage defect resolution

• Produce testing documentation, dashboards, and risk reporting

• Support UAT, cutover testing, and go-live readiness

• Use tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps for test and defect management

Essential Experience

• 8+ years in QA/testing, with 3+ years in a QA Lead or Test Manager role

• ERP testing experience (IFS preferred or similar complex ERP environments)

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, projects, etc.)

• Proven stakeholder management within large transformation programmes

Desirable

• Relevant degree or professional certifications (e.g. ISTQB, PMP)
