Are you an experienced Industrialisation or Operational Quality Engineer looking to work on one of the world’s most successful aircraft programmes?

We are supporting an exciting opportunity on the Airbus programme, where you will play a key role in Transfer of Work activities and Major Modifications, working within a dynamic multi-functional team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting Transfer of Work for defined work packages
• Contributing to Major Mods within the A320 programme
• Applying APQP methodologies to ensure robust industrial and quality outcomes
• Working closely with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders
• Driving quality improvement and industrial performance initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in industrialisation or operational quality
• Degree in Industrialisation, Quality, Project Management, or similar
• Strong APQP and project management skills
• Confident working in multi-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using tools such as SAP (AA-PE1), APQP IT tools, ADOC, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
• Fluent English (French is a plus)
