Leeds – Hybrid 3 days in a week onsite

A Quantity Surveyor is needed to work with a top international consulting firm for design, engineering, and project management. A global engineering and project management firm specialising in infrastructure, transportation, energy, and defence.

Prepare and control project budgets, cost forecasts and financial reports to ensure value for money. Monitor programme performance and manage commercial risks, variations and contract changes. Work closely with clients, contractors and stakeholders to support compliant, efficient project delivery.

Skills:

• NEC experience.
• Quantity Surveying experience within Water/rail/infrastructure background.
• Professional accreditation (RICS, CICES) preferred.
• Post contract experience.
• Certifications such as Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management etc.
