We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant with at least 12 months’ recruitment experience to join our growing Commercial Technology team in Bristol.

Whether you’re currently working in a 180 or 360 role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your own market, build lasting client relationships, and accelerate your earnings and career progression within a high-performing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing new and existing client relationships
• Winning new business and growing your desk
• Sourcing and managing candidates throughout the hiring process
• Negotiating terms, fees and offers
• Building your specialist market knowledge
• Working towards individual and team revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 months’ recruitment experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven and target-focused
• Ambitious, proactive and motivated to progress
• Experience in technology recruitment is advantageous but not essential
