Reward & Field Productivity Modelling SME
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design, model, validate and prepare for pilot implementation a new compensation framework for employed field engineer.
The successful candidate will lead the refinement of an existing compensation design concept into a fully operational, financially modelled and pilot-ready solution. This will include productivity measurement methodologies, financial modelling, behavioural analysis, shadow-run validation and implementation planning.
This is a deliverable-based assignment requiring practical design, quantitative modelling and operational credibility with frontline engineering workforces
Key Responsibilities
- Design a productivity-based incentive model using Standard Hours, SMVs/SAMs or equivalent methodologies
- Build and test engineer-level financial and earnings models.
- Assess cost, productivity, affordability, equality and behavioural impacts.
- Lead shadow-run design, analysis and model calibration.
- Define governance, reporting, audit and payroll requirements.
- Produce a pilot-ready model and implementation recommendation.
Essential Experience
- Significant experience designing incentive, bonus or productivity-based reward schemes.
- Strong financial and workforce modelling capability.
- Experience with field-based, regulated or operational workforces.
- Proven delivery of reward model implementation, shadow testing or pilot programmes.
- Ability to engage credibly with Operations, HR, Finance and frontline employees.
- Utilities, telecoms or field service operations.
- Knowledge of workforce productivity measurement and standard-time methodologies.
