A fast-growing robotics team is looking for a Robotics Software Engineer with strong ROS2 experience to help build and deploy real-world robotic systems into customer environments. This opening is for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering and being front-facing – supporting deployments, collaborating directly with end users, and making sure what is built in development performs reliably on-site.

What you will be doing

• Developing and integrating robotics software using ROS2
• Supporting customer deployments (on-site work when required) and troubleshooting in the field
• Working closely with customers to understand real constraints and translate them into practical, robust solutions
• Improving system performance, stability, and maintainability as products move from prototype to production use

What they are looking for

• ROS2 experience is essential
• Comfortable with customer-facing work (clear communication, pragmatic problem-solving)
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
• Industry background can be varied: mobile robotics, industrial automation, drones, autonomous systems, etc.
• Programming language is flexible (capability matters more than a specific stack)
