Our client is a leading international technology group specialising in RF & microwave solutions. They work closely with major aerospace and defence organisations, supporting mission‑critical programmes across the globe. The business is known for having a strong, solutions driven engineering culture and long‑term customer partnerships.

The Role
As Sales Engineer, you will own and develop key defence and aerospace accounts across Europe. You’ll combine technical understanding with a consultative, relationship‑driven approach to grow revenue, open new opportunities and position complex RF/microwave solutions into strategic public‑sector and defence customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic aerospace and defence accounts across North India, building a strong, well‑qualified opportunity pipeline.
  • Engage engineering, procurement and senior stakeholders, leading presentations, proposals and tenders while navigating Government defence procurement processes
  • Use CRM and sales management tools to plan activity, forecast accurately and collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Communications / RF & Microwave (or similar) and experience in field sales and account management.
  • Proven track record selling technical solutions into aerospace, defence or government customers in North India, ideally with existing relationships and familiarity with defence procurement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with a structured, target‑driven approach and willingness to travel around 10 days per month.
