Our Client, a leader in innovative electronic solutions for aviation and defence, is seeking a talented Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive growth and forge lasting customer relationships.
We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing, technology-driven company operating in the aerospace and avionics sector. The role sits at the heart of the company’s growth strategy and combines business development, key account management, and technical sales for safety-critical electronic solutions.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys owning the full sales cycle – from identifying new opportunities to building long-term customer partnerships. You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling commercial solutions for aerospace and avionics customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business across aerospace and avionics markets, engaging with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and other key industry stakeholders. You’ll lead customer discussions from early qualification through proposal development and contract negotiation, acting as a trusted interface between the customer and internal technical teams.
Technical background in aerospace engineering, avionics, electrical engineering, or a comparable discipline
Several years of experience in technical sales, business development, or key account management within aerospace or avionics
Strong understanding of complex, safety-critical systems and long product life cycles
Proven ability to acquire new customers and manage complex, project-based sales
